Problem: Jobcase members didn’t fill our their profiles possibly because they didn’t know the benefit of doing so.
Goal: Encourage members to enhance their profiles to make them more appealing to potential employers and offer improved job matching services. Foster trust within the community. Set our members apart from their peers.
