For the past decade I've worked across brand and product, from UI animations and campaign videos to event content and explainers. I usually partner directly with product and marketing teams to understand what they need and find the best way to bring it to life through motion. I love being brought in early, collaborating with writers, designers, and strategists from the concepting stage. Along the way I've mentored other designers in motion, which turns out to be one of my favorite parts of the job.

Throughout my life I've always been drawn to movement: dance, theater, circus arts, figure skating, which has made animation feel intuitive to me.

I grew up in Cuernavaca, Mexico, surrounded by music, dance, volcanoes, and summer thunderstorms. I now live in Oakland, California, where I like to walk among coastal redwoods and kayak hoping I’ll encounter a whale.
